The Founding of IEP
Anthony O'Donnell, CEO, previously founded independent Child Study Teams, INC. (ICST) and Educational In-Roads, building them into premier educational companies, providing highly successful programs for many years. Mr. O'Donnell is an outstanding educator-administrator who has earned a national reputation for developing innovative approaches to educational needs, especially in the areas of highly specialized student services. He is also widely known as an innovator in the design and marketing of site-based and mobile educational environments.
Mr. O'Donnell's vision for IEP is to assist communities in the development of meaningful solutions to daunting educational problems. To this end he has assembled a dynamic team of nationally-known and award-winning experts in urban school creation and development, and educational administration. The key management team includes educators with extensive field experience as teachers, principals and district administrators.
